Muskegon Community Paddle – World Record Edition

Saturday, July 25 from 8:00am – 11:00am, come to Fisherman’s Landing Launch & Campground for the Muskegon Community Paddle – World Record Edition, a community paddle party on Muskegon Lake! This event is free and open to anyone with a paddle craft; kayak, canoe, paddleboard or rowboat.  Meet other paddlers at the Fisherman’s Landing boat launch at 8:00am.  Socialize with other paddlers, then paddle east to Richards Park, or west to Heritage Landing, depending on winds, from 8:30am to 10:30am.  Transportation back to your vehicle, if needed, will be provided by Guy’s Ultimate Kayak Service.  This event is going to be a Guinness World Record attempt for longest kayak/canoe parade.  330 kayaks/canoes are needed to beat the record!  While this event is free, you do need to register at Eventbrite.com.  Anyone without a paddle craft can rent a kayak from Guy’s Kayaks for only $5.  Call 231-740-0227 to rent a kayak.  Happy paddling!
