Celebrate Mental Health Month in May, and this beautiful spring season, with mindful movements during a virtual Yin Yoga class! Yin yoga is a meditative and physical practice, where poses are held anywhere from 90 sec to 5 min. It allows the dense tissues of the body to lengthen and find flexibility through passive movements. Yin Yoga offers us the ability to let go of held stress and emotions that we hold inside our bodies. It is a beautiful way to allow past and present stressors to melt out of the mind and body. Yin Yoga is a way to reconnect with the deeper pieces of who you are and heal past and present trauma. This virtual program will be at 12 pm on May 6, and is FREE to enjoy.
