MUSKEGON RISERS POSTPONE GAME VS OAKLAND COUNTY FC UNTIL THE 2020/21 ARENA SEASON
– STATEMENT REGARDING COVID-19 –

MUSKEGON, MI; March 12, 2020 – The Muskegon Risers will postpone our March 21 game with Oakland County FC until the 2020/21 arena soccer season. While sports in Muskegon and across the world typically serve as a common ground for people to unite in the face of societal adversity, the unique public health challenges presented by COVID-19 require an approach that helps mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

This decision was made by Risers leadership in conjunction with the City of Muskegon and Mercy Health Arena, while additionally informed by experts at the local and state levels. Those who purchased tickets to the March 21 arena season finale will have their tickets honored for the rescheduled game date in 2020/21. We highly encourage our supporters locally and elsewhere to remain updated regarding COVID-19.
